Shuck Cancer Spring Fashion Show - WXXV News 25

Shuck Cancer Gulf Coast honorees have teamed up to raise funds for the Mississippi Community Transportation Grant program to get patients back and forth from treatment by hosting a spring fashion show Friday night.

The Shuck Cancer Fashion Show will feature fashion by Aloha Glamour, a 50/50 raffle, Seaside Social News photo booth, giveaways, and more.

All the proceeds form the fashion show will go towards the American Cancer Society. Seaside Social News Director of Publication Amanda Compton-Ortiz said, “Honorees this year for the Shuck Cancer Gulf Coast event were hand-selected by a committee for the American Cancer Society Shuck Cancer Gulf Coast. So, it’s a very special privilege to be holding the show specifically to raise money for the Shuck Cancer Gulf Coast event. So, we were hand selected by that committee in charge to raise funds this year for the American Cancer Society.”

The fashion show will take place at the Isiah Fredricks Community Center starting at 7 p.m. Friday night. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased the day of the show.
