It might be 2021, but the Tony Awards are throwing it back to 2020! The delayed June 2020 ceremony for the 74th Tonys — which was pushed back after Broadway closed due to the coronavirus pandemic — finally took place on Sept. 26, 2021, and it brought plenty of unique fashion to the red carpet, both questionable and killer. Wonderwall.com is rounding up the best and worst looks, starting with this ensemble… We weren't wild about Marissa Jaret Winokur's Tonys night minidress. The velvety frock featured long sleeves and a plunging neckline with a bow detail at the base, giving a more casual feel for such a big event. But there was one element of her look we adored…

Marissa Jaret Winokur arrived in a pair of colorful platform peep-toe heels that screamed fun and playful. She even danced in them on stage when she reunited with the cast of "Hairspray" to sing a song from their hit musical during the Tonys telecast.

Model and cookbook author Chrissy Teigen oozed glamour on Tonys night, but there's a reason we can only show you her sparkling silver-and-pink Ulyana Sergeenko gown from this angle: As Chrissy posed on the red carpet with husband John Legend — who looked handsome and dapper, as always, in a classic black tux — her incredibly low-cut and revealing bodice exposed so much flesh that the crystal pasties she was wearing on her chest were visible. Chrissy leaned into her overtly sexy look, captioning a video on Instagram, "broaDDway, hunny!!!!"

One of the sharpest dressed men of the night? Tony-winning "Moulin Rouge! The Musical" star Aaron Tveit, who kept things monochromatic in this sleek white ensemble by The Row. We loved the decision to also incorporate white dress shoes.

Doing black and white better? Leslie Odom Jr., who looked sharp in this contrasting getup. The star's white tuxedo included black lapels that matched his black shirt underneath, all from Celine Homme, and he wrapped things up with sharp black dress shoes.

A+! Laura Linney made a fine fashion statement on Tony night in this exquisite Christian Siriano dress. The elegant piece included a ruffled collar and matching ruffled peplum detail at the waist, all overtop an otherwise classically simple fitted black silhouette (complete with a train!).

Sienna Miller! The typically stylish star arrived in this disappointing strapless number, which included a low neckline and a silver sequin pattern that faded down the dress. Making matters worse? The beauty rocked red-lensed sunglasses with it on the red carpet!

It was navy blue for Tom Hiddleston, who arrived in this dapper number. He accessorized with a bow tie and black dress shoes for a sharp red carpet moment.

Stunning! Zawe Ashton arrived in this bold tulle confection from Carolina Herrera. The star's gorgeous frock featured a low neckline, tufts of whispy tulle and a full skirt in the eye-catching and unique red shade.

Why?! Mary-Louise Parker opted to rock a strapless frock on Tony night. Not only was the midi-length design a casual length, it also included an all over print atop the bronze fabric and didn't pair well with a similar, but not quite exact, bronze peep-toe pump.

Jake Gyllenhaal certainly cleaned up nice for the Tonys! The actor arrived in this beautiful pale pink suit, adding a white dress shirt and black dress shoes to complete his fab look.

Though we appreciated the emerald green hue, we didn't like the silhouette of Debra Messing's Monique Lhuillier gown. The strapless frock was shapeless and featured a strangely placed very small bow detail at the neckline.

Another guy rocking pink? Jeremy Pope, who arrived in this impossibly cool look from Louis Vuitton. The star's hot pink ensemble included a turtleneck, a jacket with a wrap detail and matching trousers. He finished everything off with a pair of black boots.

Nicolette Robinson arrived looking like a fairy princess! Her stunning peach-hued off-the-shoulder Christian Siriano gown included feathers and a skirt comprised of frothy tiered tulle for one of the most beautiful looks of the night. Let's take a close look at the dreamy details on this one…

Glam in Givenchy! Darren Criss arrived in this unique mixed-media suit — complete with a jacket with silky sleeves! — a white dress shirt, black trousers and a dash of extra glamour via a necklace, some rings and black nail polish.

Adrienne Warren arrived in this ivory Miu Miu dress. The strapless design included a plunging neckline and a pleated skirt, but it was the beautiful embellishing down the bodice that really caught our eye. See that next…

Look at all those sparkly embellishments! Adrienne Warren's Miu Miu frock was even more beautiful up close. She added even more bling by accessorizing with drop diamond earrings from Cartier.

Kathryn Gallagher was a vision in red at the Tonys! The star arrived in this gorgeous cherry red Derek Lam 10 Crosby gown with thin straps and a sky-high slit up the right side. She accessorized with a bold red lip and metallic accessories — silver Alexandre Birman sandals and a matching Jimmy Choo clutch.

Nope! We weren't fans of Annaleigh Ashford super short and sparkly gold jumpsuit on the red carpet. The Carolina Herrera selection included long sleeves and didn't go well with her shoe choice — simple black sandals.

Stunning! Patina Miller wowed in this black Markarian gown. The black dress was anything but boring, featuring side cut-outs and a Swarovksi crystal-studded border for a perfectly subtle infusion of sparkle.

David Alan Grier kept things classic up top with a black jacket, white dress shirt and bow tie, but his pants added a little spice! The star added red and black checkered trousers to his Tony Awards look.

Jennifer Nettles opted for a dual-toned look on Tony night! The singer's strapless black and white Marchesa number made a bold statement — starting out with a black bodice with a structured bow detail at the neckline before giving way to a primarily white floor-length skirt with a touch of black down the side.
